PARTS ADVISOR (Night shift)

We currently have an exciting position as a Night Shift Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Stockton. As a Parts Advisor, we can offer you:

Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
- A customer focused, sales driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response. Maintain competent and complete records for all service exchange parts supplied/returned. To efficiently replenish stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations where necessary. Ensure warranty returns are checked and logged quickly and efficiently with any mistakes/omissions dealt with immediately to prevent risk of rejection.
Working: Monday to Friday night shift, 9pm 7am
