The companyNigel Wright are currently working with a food manufacturing business as they look tor recruit a Technical Manager. Undergoing a period of significant investment, this is an excellent time to join a business that prides itself on being a great place to work. An interesting, but inevitably complex site, that is currently working to increase capacity and bring new products to site.The roleAs site Technical Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall site strategy and influencing areas outside of Technical. You will take ownership for implementing all technical policies and standards, whilst also driving the continuous improvement agenda for Technical and Quality. The role of Technical Manager would suit an individual who demonstrates a natural ability in developing a strong culture of food safety across the site. Someone who takes a proactive approach to risk management, and is able to mitigate risks that may come about due to change.The personWe are looking for someone who has a mindset of continuous improvement, strong technical capabilities, with skills gained within food/drink manufacturing. A natural leader who can demonstrate team development and an ability to work cross functionally.
