Reed Accountancy are seeking a seasoned Payroll Supervisor an international company based here in Teesside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with managerial experience to lead a payroll team through all complexities and challenges. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a hybrid working scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and guide the payroll team through change management processes.
- Provide support and direction during challenging times.
- Ensure all payroll activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
- Utilise strong Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in Payroll with managerial experience.
- Extensive experience managing multiple payrolls of varying complexities.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and team leadership.
- CIPP qualification preferred.
- Strong people and management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
