Reed Accountancy are seeking a seasoned Payroll Supervisor an international company based here in Teesside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with managerial experience to lead a payroll team through all complexities and challenges. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a hybrid working scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead and guide the payroll team through change management processes.
  • Provide support and direction during challenging times.
  • Ensure all payroll activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
  • Utilise strong Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in Payroll with managerial experience.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple payrolls of varying complexities.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and team leadership.
  • CIPP qualification preferred.
  • Strong people and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
