Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development and lifecycle management for IT/AV solutions.
  • Identify new product opportunities through market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate across global teams to optimise product performance and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards like UKCA, CE, RoHS, and REACH.
  • Provide product training to key customers and sales teams, and represent Lindy at global trade shows.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IT/AV hardware, technologies, and industry trends.
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand new advances in computer and AV technologies and to be able to apply these advances into opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work effectively in an international business environment.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent planning and organisational abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach to product management.
