This well - established construction consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their talented infrastructure team in Stockton - on- Tees. You will be on site working with your team on a range of major projects across the infrastructure and energy and oil and gas sectors!

Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Deliver cost planning and estimation across the lifecycle of your projects.
- Produce estimates and budget reviews across a wide range of sectors.
- Gather, analyse, and define client and stakeholder needs.
- Develop Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to promote value for money and identify trends and cost drivers.
- Ensure reported data is accurate and kept up to date.
- Champion innovation both within the organisation and on the client side.
- Work on site and report to Site Lead.
- Support or lead tool development integrating data, dashboards, and outputs for unit cost analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Qualified in quantity surveying or another construction related field.
- Experience in commercial roles and functions within large capital programmes.
- Chartership with the RICS or other professional body would be ideal.
- Infrastructure and Petro Chemical experience.
- NEC contract experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing attributes.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commercial focus, shaping investment decisions based on value for money.
- Effective workload planning and prioritisation, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
