Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to play a key role in managing client and contractor relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment and workforce solutions across both businesses.
The Role
The Recruitment Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, supporting both clients and contractors, managing key accounts, and driving business development. You will work closely with clients within our industries, providing strategic recruitment solutions, ensuring contractor engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand our services.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
- Work with clients to define recruitment needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the placement of high-quality candidates.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations, IR35, and industry-specific requirements.
- Support contractor management and workforce planning initiatives.
Client and Contractor Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for Wolviston and BellBridge clients and contractors.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships with key clients, ensuring their recruitment and workforce planning needs are met.
- Provide ongoing contractor support, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.
Business Development & Account Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the growth of both Wolviston and BellBridge.
- Develop tailored recruitment and workforce solutions to meet client needs.
- Work with marketing to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or business development, ideally within the engineering, petrochemical, energy, or life sciences sectors.
- Strong understanding of contractor management and workforce solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and contractors.
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of UK employment regulations, including IR35.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
