Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance team, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of the company's financial operations. You will assist in the meticulous maintenance of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and promptly.

You'll be responsible for supporting the ledger reconciliation process, helping to identify and resolve discrepancies, and working closely with the credit control department to safeguard a healthy and consistent cash flow. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the financial stability and operational success of the company.

In addition, you'll contribute to month-end and year-end tasks, help prepare bank reconciliations, and support financial reporting-every day will bring new challenges and opportunities!

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar transactional accounting position. You should be a forward thinker who can remain effective under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Whether you're studying towards your AAT qualification or have gained relevant experience, both are equally valued.

We're looking for someone proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be important, as will your ability to communicate clearly, both face-to-face and over the phone.
