This client is recruiting for a Finance Assistant, on a full-time and permanent basis so if you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about accuracy and detail, this role is perfect for you!
- Maintain Sales and Purchase ledger accounts
- Handle bank receipts, payments, and credit card processing with precision
- Bank cheques and cash efficiently
- Processing sales & purchase returns
- Update and check Excel cashflow spreadsheets regularly.
- Updating and maintaining Aged Debtors
- Send out supplier remittances via email, communicating effectively with all suppliers
- Inputting Purchase Invoices using bespoke system Â
- Ensure all credit notes are accurately recorded.
- Check, correct, and maintain various financial and business documents
- Maintain both existing and new customer & supplier accounts, ensuring they are kept up to dateÂ
- Supplier payment utilising Sage 50 & online BACS payment system
- Manage pre-payment journals accurately
- Answer incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Keeping filing systems up to date
- Emailing and photocopying business correspondence
