With products used across telecommunications, defence, and related industries, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company committed to innovation, growth, and high-frequency technology solutions.Job Content:As a Graduate RF Engineer, you will receive training and support to:
  • Contribute to the design and development of new microwave and mmWave communication products, following established engineering practices.
  • Support the engineering team through participation in design reviews, prototype hardware manufacturing, device/module characterisation, and providing technical feedback throughout the product design cycle.
  • Learn and work with RF CAD tools such as Keysight ADS, EMPro, and Cadence MWO, as well as mechanical and PCB design tools like Draftsight, Solidworks, and Altium Designer.
  • Potentially specialise in areas such as MMIC design, RF sub-modules, RF systems, PCB schematic capture/layout, or mechanical design.
  • Define product qualification and production test requirements, and generate technical documentation for internal, supplier, and customer use.
  • Liaise with external component suppliers and manufacturing facilities to identify suitable devices and manufacturing capabilities for new products.
  • Support production by reviewing live test data and recommending improvements to yields and test efficiencies.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
  • Relevant HND, Degree, or MSc qualification (or equivalent) in Electronics/Communications Engineering, Embedded Electronics, Maths, or Physics.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS applications, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
