Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum (pro rata)

Morson Talent, in partnership with Severn Trent Water, a leading water company in the UK, is seeking a  Commercial Business Coordinator to join Severn Trent's dynamic Tankered Trade Waste Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to environmental sustainability and serve communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records in the commercial waste information database (CWID) and agreements.
  • Collaborate with Severn Trent's Commercial, Operational, and Process Teams to achieve trade, domestic waste, and sludge trading targets.
  • Manage and develop relationships with tankered domestic waste customers and the festivals they service.
  • Deliver concise communications regarding changing legislation to Severn Trent's customers.
  • Take ownership of customer booking requests and liaise with site managers when necessary.
  • Support the team's personal and professional development and technical competence.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of the waste industry (essential), preferably with an environmental background.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Full UK driving license.
