About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Nurse to join our healthcare in Market Drayton. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a custodial environment, providing high-quality clinical care to patients as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will play a crucial role in delivering safe, effective, and timely clinical services, particularly focusing on drug and alcohol recovery interventions. Additionally, you will act as a named nurse to a group of patients, supporting their recovery journey in line with best practice and agreed protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical interventions for patients with drug and alcohol dependency.
  • Act as a named nurse under the supervision of the responsible clinician.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective care planning.
  • Participate in therapeutic group work programmes to support service users.
  • Assess, formulate, and evaluate risk management plans.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Prison Clearance
  • A current UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or prison setting is an advantage but not essential.
  • Compassionate and confident in delivering nursing care to a diverse population.
