Our Client who operates in Stoke-on-Trent are looking to bring on a talented Assistant Management Accountant into their experienced team. This organisation operates in the manufacturing sector and have their eyes set on an intuitive and proactive individual. Their shiny new factory provides a brilliant foundation for their talented team to effectively and efficiently compete their tasks and their aim is to help train up a talented individual into eventually become a Senior Management Accountant. In this position you will be completing month end tasks such as budgeting and forecasting, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders when aiming to reduce unnecessary spending and improving processes.

Skills Required
  • As an Assistant Management Accountant it is important to have existing experience completing month end tasks such as balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • To have strong experience and ability on Excel as in this role you will be using this software regularly.
  • To be confident and charismatic, in this role you will be interacting with various stakeholders of varying seniority.
  • To have started studying an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA or to have strong ambitions to start studying.
