Trainee Accountant

This organisation are looking to hire an energetic Trainee Accountant to start working in their offices in Stoke-on-Trent. They're looking for an individual with a passion for finance, and ideally someone with either a small amount of experience working in accounting, or a level of relevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting and Finance, or a strong level of numerical skills.

This organisation really has a push on training and are looking to transform the successful applicant from a Trainee Accountant to an experienced individual with a fantastic accounting ability. You will be completing tasks which include processing invoices and communicating with stakeholders over the phone and via email. This organisation provides a terrific study support package, alongside the option to work in a hybrid working style, once you have passed your probationary period.

• It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to have studied an accounting related qualification, or have an accounting related degree.
• Fantastic communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be collaborating closely with your new team, and also interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will need to display an excellent work ethic, and have an ambition to go further into this industry.
• To have an excellent numerical ability, and a history of working in environments where communication skills are required. Such as customer service roles.
