We are looking for a super high-energy, hands-on recruitment leader with a proven track record at the VP level. If you're ready to take on a critical leadership role in a rapidly growing company in Dubai, we want to hear from you

Our client, a leading company in Dubai, and is seeking an experienced VP of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts and drive the growth of their talent pool. The ideal candidate will have strong experience at the VP level (or equivalent) in a similar capacity, and a passion for being hands-on in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle talent acquisition strategy for the company.
  • Take charge of high-volume recruitment activities, including interviewing, engaging with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Work closely with the CHRO and leadership team to align talent acquisition goals with business objectives.
  • Lead, build, or grow a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring for key roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership on staffing needs, industry trends, and recruitment challenges.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, running interviews, discussing requirements, and making key hiring decisions.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing expert advice.
  • Play a key role in sourcing talent, building pipelines, and ensuring the company attracts top-tier candidates.
  • Ensure that all recruitment efforts align with the company's vision and culture, with a strong focus on finding candidates who fit within the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record at the VP level or equivalent (e.g., Head of Talent Acquisition, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition).
  • Experience in managing a team, whether by bringing your own with you or building one from scratch.
  • Strong ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to interviewing and candidate selection.
  • High levels of energy, motivation, and well-spoken communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable in a role that requires heavy interaction, collaboration, and running around to meet with stakeholders.
  • A willingness to take a hands-on approach, rolling up sleeves and engaging directly in recruitment efforts, rather than focusing purely on strategy and transformation.
  • Must have experience working with senior leadership, particularly in a direct reporting relationship with a CHRO.
  • Ability to balance operational needs with strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
