Helping Hands is the nation’s most widely rated home care provider. We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a SLT Administrator to join our team in the North region. 

As an SLT Administrator, you'll work closely with the Regional Care Director and be task driven, to provide administrative support, to facilitate the best use of their time.

You will need to have or gain extensive knowledge of Helping Hands and the care sector. You'll need to know who key personnel are, both externally and internally, and understand our culture, aims and objectives of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the RCD with tasks to be more efficient by devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Organising and maintaining the RCDs diary and work schedules, in line with their Ways of Working
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Occasional travel to any branch location/region to take notes and actions
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Collating and producing reports ensuring they are available as required

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a driver with previous administrative experience. You will be flexible in meeting business needs, whether working independently or as part of a team. You will be energetic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will need to possess strong word processing and IT skills. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and will be capable of building effective relationships internally and externally.
