Owing to continued business success and significant orders, a market leading and very well established engineering company are seeking two Design Engineers to join their team.

Due to a diverse and well-established portfolio of clients, this opportunity offers great security, stability and a technical challenge. With progressive training and development these roles also allow promotion in the longer term, with the support of a team of Skilled Engineers.

Role Description

- Encourage, facilitate and support innovative system design
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
- Review current practices for Product Development and Introduction and build new best practices that will deliver Product Excellence
- Prepare and manipulate design calculation
- Researches improvements in the industry to identify better assembly solutions to continuously improve designs


Skills and Qualifications

- Engineering Qualification
- Experience working within Steel / Fabrication would be ideal
- Experence using AutoCAD and SolidWorkds for 2D and 3D designing
- Understanding of Mechnical and Manufacturing Processes.
