As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit control function, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Job Details:
Temporary ongoing.
Full time Monday- Friday
Rate from £12.50PH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely payments are received.
- Analyse customer accounts and assess creditworthiness to minimise financial risk.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to debt collection.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Utilise accounting software for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service, during client interactions, fostering a professional image of the company.
- Prepare reports on outstanding debts and present findings to management.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
- Proficiency in using Sage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide an excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
