Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a temporary opportunity? Our client, a reputable organisation in need of additional support, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit control function, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This is an excellent chance to contribute to the success of their finance team.

Job Details:

Temporary ongoing.

Full time Monday- Friday

Rate from £12.50PH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely payments are received.
  • Analyse customer accounts and assess creditworthiness to minimise financial risk.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to debt collection.
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable team to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Utilise accounting software for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, during client interactions, fostering a professional image of the company.
  • Prepare reports on outstanding debts and present findings to management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
  • Proficiency in using Sage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide an excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
