CAD Technician
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £35,000 + monthly bonus

Our client, one of the UK’s longest steel stockholders and processors, is seeking a highly skilled CAD Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and convert 2D and 3D customer drawings into detailed CAD designs.
- Utilize Solidworks, Signa, and Artube for creating precise designs.
- Program tube and flat bed lasers for production.
- Manage and prioritize orders based on complexity and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely completion of orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the metals/steel industry is desirable.
- Must have experience using Solidworks, AutoCAD, or Artube.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £35,000.
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 working hours.
- Monthly bonus based on company performance.
