Deputy Manager - Children's EBD Home- Up to £40,000

NonStop Care is working with a Children's EBD home based in the Stoke area, they are looking for a Deputy manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

As a Deputy Manager you will be working closely with the Registered Manager and Service manager to assist the development and growth of the service, allowing you to have greater job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Registered Manager in ensuring that the home meets the standards an expectations of its Statement of Purpose.

  • To safeguard and promote the welfare of children and to ensure that the quality of, care provided is consistent with Quality Standards.

  • To assist in the establishing and maintenance of a competent, motivated and confident staff team and to offer leadership, managerial direction, guidance and support to staff at junior levels.

  • To ensure that the home's policies and procedures as well as governing legislation are adhered to and that resources are managed effectively
