Nonstop Care is working with an independent fostering agency, in the West Midlands, who is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their Independent Fostering Agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for identifying, nurturing, and supporting social work managers within the agency.
  • Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating.
  • Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in upper-level management, preferably as head of fostering or in a similar role.
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Driver's license.
  • A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support.
