About the Home: The home will be registered with Ofsted for 4 children and young people with EBD and/or LD.

Job Benefits:

- Potential bonus earnings up to 9,000 per year which is paid over a monthly basis. - It is based on occupancy/revenue, Reg 44s and internal audits, and staffing hours (in budget). So you could potentially earn up your salary by 750 per month.

Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Home, ensuring high standards of care- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant legislation- Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment ( You will have full oversight of the recruitment as you will need to employ a full staff team)- Care Plans: Develop and implement care plans for each child, tailored to their unique needs- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders.
