Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager required for our client, they area a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor who are based in the Crewe area. They have successfully been in business for over 60 years and currently employ over 40 members of staff across the Group. They work with a variety of clientele including, the NHS, Defence, Care Homes, and Education.
Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and management of multiple electrical projects at once, projects value from £200k to £2.5m
- Ensuring electrical installation projects are delivered on time and to required specification
- Oversee and manage teams of electricians, ensuring work is delivered in line with relevant electrical safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, updating the client with project developments
- Assist in the procurement of required project labour and allocation of works
- Responsible for project profit / loss, ensuring financial targets are met
Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in the delivery of electrical projects
- Relevant electrical and health and safety qualifications such as ECS Black Card, SMSTS, IOSH, 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- Based within a commutable distance of Stoke-on-Trent
- Full UK Driving License
Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Remuneration:
- Salary £60,000 - £70,000
- 25 days holiday + BH
