Managing issues and problems that have been escalated in an efficient and timely manner to ensure operational effectiveness at all times. There is a responsibility to perform research into new and upcoming technologies in order to determine their impact or possible enhancement of planned or existing IT Services. You will manage small to medium-sized projects and provide technical input to large-scale IT projects.What you'll need to succeedExperience in the following technologies:
- 3rd Line Infrastructure Support
- MS Server 2012/16/22
- Active Directory
- DNS/DHCP
- Server Virtualisation - (Vmware / Hyper V)
- SANs
- Exchange

- Azure / Cloud
