Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision components.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize production and reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or programming as needed.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Operative or in a similar role.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
