Project Duration: 22 Weeks
Were seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 22-week construction project for a Starbucks drive-through in Alsager. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with strong organizational and client-facing skills. Youll be working closely with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely project delivery and high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and manage all aspects of the build.
- Maintain high safety standards and compliance with SMSTS requirements.
- Act as the primary site point-of-contact for clients, handling inquiries and updates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient workflows.
- Ensure project milestones are met and report progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- SMSTS Certification (essential)
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities
