Contracts Coordinator Permanent Stoke on Trent - £30,000-£40,000 DOE

We are currently working with one of our well regarded, long-standing clients, to help them source the missing piece to their jigsaw. The company provide specialist medical products to a wide range of customers and have seen significant growth over recent years, having diversified into new areas. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Coordinator to join their team and allow them to win new bids and tenders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following

Prepare, review and revise contract and tender submissions

Ensuring the company remain compliant with policies, procedures and legal requirements

Maintain the inhouse contract management system

Track contact performance

Working to key milestones, renewal dates and deadlines

Gathering relevant information to get tenders successfully over the line

Assist the business to win contracts using strong coordination skills and high levels of attention to detail and accuracy

Maintain accurate records and create reports when required

Support with negotiations and ensure they are correctly documented

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience within contract coordination, bids and tenders. Ideally having had a background in the NHS or a healthcare related field. You will be familiar with legal or contract management software told and have the ability to work with confidential information in a discreet and sensitive manner.
