Mortgage Advisor Roles & Responsibilities:
- Building lasting rapport with clients whilst providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Manage applications through from enquiry to completion.
- Attend events to continue to promote and share the firm’s knowledge, professionalism and values.
- Keep up to date with continued professional development and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Mortgage Advisor Qualifications & Requirements:
- CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
- Ability to attend in person events or training as required.
Mortgage Advisor Benefits:
- Basic salary of £35,000.
- Uncapped commission.
- OTE in excess of £60,000.
- Remote working.
- Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months.
- Leads provided.
- Company pension.
- Working hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm with regular early finishes on a Friday.
- 30 Days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
