- Supervise and observe contact between children and their families
- Offer support and advice while safeguarding children and young people
- Provide written and verbal feedback to families, carers, and professionals
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
- Attend relevant meetings and, if needed, provide verbal evidence in court
- Work flexibly on a rota basis between 8am–8pm, including occasional weekends
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) in working with children and families
- Experience supporting vulnerable children, ideally in a nursery or school setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A good understanding of child development
- Someone reliable, compassionate, and confident in direct work with children and families
