This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families. You’ll be supervising and observing family contact sessions, providing support and guidance to families, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children throughout.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and observe contact between children and their families
  • Offer support and advice while safeguarding children and young people
  • Provide written and verbal feedback to families, carers, and professionals
  • Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
  • Attend relevant meetings and, if needed, provide verbal evidence in court
  • Work flexibly on a rota basis between 8am–8pm, including occasional weekends
What We’re Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) in working with children and families
  • Experience supporting vulnerable children, ideally in a nursery or school setting
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A good understanding of child development
  • Someone reliable, compassionate, and confident in direct work with children and families
