Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a resident maintenance electrician for a temporary position lasting approximately 3-4 weeks in the Stoke area.
- The role offers a salary of £21 per hour PAYE or £27 per hour Umbrella, with a standard workweek of 40 hours from Monday to Friday.
- Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification or Part 1 & 2 and experience in PPM and reactive maintenance works.
- The electrician will be responsible for various tasks including compliance checks, monitoring BMS, and diagnosing faults.
- Overtime is available, and on-site parking is provided for the successful candidate.
The role is a temporary position circa 3-4 weeks (there may be extension)

Mon-Fri 40 hours per week - days
Maintenance Electrician:
Team member of a maintenance team delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance within a highly prestigious facility and estate
PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
Lighting and emergency lighting
Compliance checks
Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments
Monitor the BMS
Continuously review the systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible.
Overlap with Mechanical, HVAC and fabric where needed
Electrical small works
Lifecycle repairs
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
