This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the weekly payroll for 500-600 employees.What you'll need to succeed

  • Manage the weekly payroll process for 500-600 employees.
  • Oversee the Payments & Receipts sections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilise Sage 50 and Sun accounting systems for payroll and other accounting tasks.
  • Supervise the Purchase Ledger and handle Parking Charge Notices (PCNs).
  • Generate relevant reports and assist in financial audits.
  • Report directly to the Finance Manager.
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 staff members.
