- Must be working in a ‘Head of’ Quality level role with a vision for improvement, with demonstrable experience of revising and implementing new quality measures.
- Applicants must have recent experience of leading and managing Ofsted inspections, acting as Ofsted Nominee.
- Fully versed with Ofsted, AO, EiF and DfE requirements.
- The successful candidate will also act as the designated Safeguarding Lead and oversee support for learners with additional needs.
- Experience of completing Self-Assessments and Quality Improvement Plans across the business in line with Education Inspection Framework, managing the quality assurance strategy and implementation of the quality learner journey.
