This industry leading business specialise in the Manufacture and Installation of domestic ventilation systems, and due to their continued growth and full order books they are looking to bring in a skilled engineer who they can invest in to join their close knit team of experts.

On offer is a Field Operations Manager position, where you will be responsible for leading a team of field based engineers ensuring the operational safety, productivity and quality is to the correct standard, working with the team and having the ability to grow the team as the company continues to expand.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer / Manager with experience running and leading teams looking to take the next step within an industry leading business stepping into a senior role and having the ability to progress your career in future.

The Role:
*Leading a team of Electrical Installation Engineers
* Working in predominantly domestic settings and ensuring engineers are working to the correct performance and qualitive standards.
*Hybrid with travel around the M6 Corridor between Manchester and Birmingham

The Person:
*Supervisory or Managerial Experience within an Electrical position
*18th Edition and 2391 Qualified
*Full UK Drivers License
