Recruitment Manager

We are now looking to recruit a new member to join the successful team, in the position of Recruitment Manager. This will be covering contracts in Stoke On Trent- but not limited to.

Experience within the recruitment industry is essential.

Salary: £27000 £29000 dependant on experience

In terms of the right person, we are looking for someone with a flexible approach, both towards working hours and in your attitude to work. A sustained work history, ideally within a fast-paced environment, and a desire to advance your career path.

The ideal candidate is confident, driven, works well under pressure, and is open to taking on and developing new ideas and concepts. An enjoyment of communicating with a variety of people on different levels is also important. You will relish the opportunity to make proactive decisions as well as problem solve.

We are looking for someone who is happy to take ownership in the role, be an all-rounder, and be able to think outside the box. The Ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and also possess an attention to detail.

Reporting to the Senior manager, you will be responsible for the on-site service from recruitment and shift allocation to completing payroll. You will also be responsible for ensuring site compliance and the component parts of our service level agreement, whilst ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.

Main Responsibilities

Working as part of a fast-paced onsite team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:
  • Fulfilling daily volume requirements in line with customer deadlines
  • The recruitment and selection of workers
  • Planning of shift allocation and availability of people
  • Induction training (following sign off)
  • Adhering to administration processes such as change requests and absences
  • Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records
  • Providing a positive experience, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently
  • Managing relationships with internal customer managers
  • Collate and report on Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage employees on performance and conduct
  • Process weekly payroll
  • Understand the needs of the customer and constantly over deliver

Hours
Day shift, although flexibility will be required based on the needs of the business.
There will be an expectation for some weekend working (when required) as well responsibility for an out of hours mobile phone.
