Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance, ideally within a practice environment
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent, with a strong technical understanding of tax
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver high-quality service
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
