Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance, ideally within a practice environment
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent, with a strong technical understanding of tax
- Proven ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver high-quality service
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding junior staff
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
