We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join our friendly team in our beautiful Grade II listed canal-side office in Church Lawton. You’ll play a key role in the daily planning and coordination of our field engineers, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll be an essential part of our Field Operations team, responsible for managing key contracts and supporting our engineers. Your tasks will vary, keeping your days interesting and dynamic! Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Scheduling planned maintenance visits and logging reactive maintenance requests
  • Organising engineers' electronic diaries, ensuring smooth communication with clients
  • Managing important documentation like specifications, commissioning paperwork, and ensuring it's uploaded to client portals
  • General administration, including emails, filing, and system updates
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintaining strong data management practices, ensuring compliance with data protection standards

What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well with a variety of clients and team members. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A great communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to pick up new systems
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and handle changing priorities with ease

Experience in administration, planning, or scheduling is a bonus, but don’t worry—full training will be provided to the right candidate.
