The company you will be working for is an established Main contractor with years of experience providing specialist design, M&E and refrigeration services, saving time and money by streamlining all aspects of the project with a specialist, innovative, problem solving capability.

As Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the commercial team, supporting the seamless execution of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation Management: Maintaining and organising project documents, contracts, permits
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings for the commercial team.
  • Communication: Facilitating communication between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
  • General Administrative Support: Providing crucial administrative assistance to ensure smooth project flow.
