We are currently recruiting for people with Call handling experience to work in the Newcastle under Lyme office. MUST HAVE CLAIMS EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH CONENT AND GADGET
Where: Newcastle under Lyme office, ST5 (Hybrid)
When:Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a 1-hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week
Salary:22,500pa- 25,000pa DOE
What you will be doing:
- Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
- Managing all aspects of the claim from start to finish
- Being available to field calls from customers, clients and suppliers
- Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey in regard to their insurance claim
- Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via on omni channel approach which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous insurance industry experience (household)- desirable but not essential
- Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages)
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills
