What You'll Do:
As an Internal Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in managing customer enquiries and facilitating the sales process for some of the best products in the market. Reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and other channels and provide top-notch customer service
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the admin team to ensure all customer details are accurately recorded.
- Work alongside the external sales team to ensure smooth communication and meet client expectations.
- Monitor ongoing projects and orders, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with products supplied.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in a sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret basic technical is a plus.
A customer-focused attitude, capable of handling high-pressure situations.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
