Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join one of our client specialist schools in Stoke. This school supports pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs-a rewarding environment where no two days are the same!
What's Involved? You'll work one-to-one with a pupil, guiding their learning journey and providing vital support for their social, emotional, and mental development. Your day will include:
- Encouraging positive behaviour and correcting when needed
- Managing challenging behaviours with resilience and confidence
- Fostering a supportive, trusting relationship that allows the pupil to thrive
