The position is part-time, requiring 24 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling, ideally spread over three full days.
Candidates should have experience in a HR generalist role, with the ability to develop and advise on policies and procedures.
The salary for this position is up to £31,000 pro rata, with additional benefits including 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays.
CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential, making this role suitable for various HR titles such as HR Advisor or People Business Partner.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to HR presence for employees and line managers across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You’ll provide coaching and guidance to line managers, contribute to HR projects, support ER cases, and, most importantly be that HR presence, looking out for the employees and helping to take stress away from the line managers. You'll be confident, ready to take initiative, offer constructive insights, and serve as a trusted sounding board for the HR Manager. You’ll also need:-

Experience in a HR generalist role
The ability to develop and advise on policies, procedures, and processes.
CIPD qualified to Level 5 is desirable but not essential.

Other Information:

Salary: Up to £31,000 (pro rata)
Working Hours: 24 P/W
Working Pattern: Ideally 3 full days, however the company are open to how they are spread across the week.
Holidays: 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
