Candidates MUST also have recruitment experience as a large part of this role will be recruitment.

Office based in ST5 area, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Working for a fast -paced growing business.

The HR Advisor role will involve:

  • Provide general professional and commercial first line support, advice and guidance on the whole range of employment issues and employee relations
  • Assess and review HR processes and policies in line with best practice and changes in legislation
  • Support all recruitment activities and play a crucial role in helping to attract and onboard top talent whilst ensuring recruitment processes are professional, smooth, timely and cost-effective
  • Maintain accurate records as well as prepare various analyses, statistics, KPIs, annual reviews and reports as required
  • Assist with projects, payroll and/or benefit preparations as require
  • Assess and review HR processes and policies in line with best practice and changes in legislation

The ideal HR Advisor will need to be/have:

  • Some HR & Recruitment experience 
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or HR degree or relevant experience
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and office software skills
  • Great attention to detail with ability to work well independently as well as in a team

In return this HR Advisor role will offer a basic salary of 27-29K plus a potential £1000 bonus.
