Description

Reporting to a People Manager and working alongside a busy team, the role of HR Advisor (People Advisor) will support a busy distribution site with generalist advisory matters.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Support with any change management projects
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Play an active role in absence management
  • Support with employee engagement projects
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to meet individual and business needs
  • Contribute to HR projects as required

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role
