HR Consultant

Stoke - Hybrid working (full or part-time hours considered)

£32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Are you a HR Advisor with solid all-round experience and looking for a role that will offer future development and opportunities for training? This role is working within a small and growing HR Consultancy and will give you exposure to supporting a wide range of clients with very varied HR queries - no two days are the same! If you are looking for a fast-paced role, working as part of a supportive and collaborative team then this could be an ideal position for you.

More about the role:

  • You will provide expert advice, guidance and support to clients on people related queries and issues
  • Working in the office/from home and responding to calls and emails. Utilising Microsoft Teams and also providing face-to-face support when required
  • Provide upmost level of customer service at all times
  • Support on employee relations casework and provide the client with the correct information to make effective decisions
  • Assist with HR Administration support, such as producing contracts of employment, changes to T&Cs and adhoc requests - for example calculating holiday allowance
  • Working closely with the rest of the team with a collaborative approach.

About you

  • Qualified to CIPD level 5
  • Keen to grow and develop and undertake further training/qualifications
  • Generalist HR Advisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Key eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Confident and outgoing personality, able to build relationships and rapport with ease
  • Open to change and new ways of working
  • Ability to multi-task and keep multiple plates spinning!
