Description

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team
  • Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support business needs through the development and management of talent
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
