We are looking for someone to join our IT Department and support the team in driving seamless operations across our systems and projects. In this IT Coordinator position, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly, while also playing a central role in supporting the execution of IT projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation: Oversee and maintain a well-organised archive of IT documents, including user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
  • Inventory Management: Take charge of tracking IT assets, from hardware to software, ensuring everything is accounted for and available when needed.
  • Procurement: Help manage the procurement process for IT resources, obtaining quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries to ensure the team has what they need.
  • User Support: Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT issues and providing support with software installations.
  • Project Assistance: Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
Skills Required:
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to work seamlessly with teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
