As an IT Graduate, you’ll be providing essential IT technical 1st line support to the security team while managing key IT processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. The client support Microsoft stack. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, user accounts, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and access to succeed.
- Managing employee departures, including revoking access, retrieving company assets, and overseeing the offboarding process.
- Performing regular maintenance tasks, responding to emergency issues, and keeping security systems up-to-date and robust.
- Assisting with IT-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
