Position: Administrator
Contract Type: Temporary for 3 months initially but could lead to a permanent position for the right applicant!
Hourly Rate: 13.84PH
Working Pattern: Full Time. Monday-Friday. 8:30AM-4:30PM. However, the successful candidate will need to be flexible between 7:00AM-6:00PM to meet the business needs.


As an Administrator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly while being part of a supportive and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to both clients and team members.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy in all records.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Support project coordination and documentation.
  • Contribute to a cheerful and efficient office environment.
  • Manning reception area- greeting visitors and answering telephone- directing calls to the correct colleague or team
  • Maintaining instructions and filling in relevant details provided by engineers
  • Chasing and processing purchase orders and customer updates (follow ups after inspections)
  • Handling and maintaining of safety documents
