Role Overview: 

As a Production / Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production, management, and supply of critical components for industries including DEFENCE, NUCLEAR, AEROSPACE, PETROCHEMICAL, and FOOD.

Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency, quality, and success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve production goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Safety, Compliance, and Site Security: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Communication and Staff Awareness: Foster effective communication and awareness among staff.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
  • Reporting and KPI Objectives: Track and report on key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Location: Burslem

6-3:30 Monday to Thursday

6-1 Friday

Salary up to £45k pa
