Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the health needs of patients with learning disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support patients in daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and available services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge in learning disabilities care.
