Occupational Therapist - Neurological Rehabilitation

Full time, Permanent

Up to £42,466 per annum

Located in Stoke on Trent

Our Private Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for Neurological Centre in Stoke on a permanent basis.

The Neurological Centre is a new service providing neurobehavioral rehabilitation for men and women over the age of 18 years with acquired brain injury (ABI) and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete neurological assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
  • Deliver rehabilitation interventions to enhance functional independence and daily living skills.
  • Conduct cognitive assessments and implement cognitive rehabilitation strategies.
  • Apply therapeutic handling techniques and assess specialist equipment needs (including seating).
  • Liaise with community teams to support effective discharge planning.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation and managing a caseload
